		Dear Wedding Professional I am pleased to introduce Best Brides Wedding Exhibitions as the new organiser for Lingfield Park Race Course and Golf Club. BBWE has been established for 4 years in South London and Kent and have built successful exhibitions in these areas on the principles of: Fair pricing Extensive marketing Commitment to Customer Service. Our reputation has lead to BBWE becoming one of the largest organisers in the South.Lingfield Park Race Course and Golf club has been developed and will now include a Marriott resort making it perfect yet unique as a leading wedding venue in the Surrey, Sussex and Kent Areas. We are delighted to be involved in this exciting launch of a new 'one stop shop' wedding venue. On Sunday 7th March we will be hosting The Wedding fair at Lingfield Park Race Course and Golf Club. The marketing campaign is extensive and includes: 1 week long Mercury FM campaign E Mailshots to over 6000 brides based in the South East Wedding Press advertising in regional and national magazines including Wedding Ideas Wedding website advertising on top ranked Google pages Local press advertising including Crawley Observer, Weekend Herald, East Grinstead Courier and Observer, Redhill Reigate and Hawley Life Banners at the venue for 1 week prior to event AA road signage for event day We take a long term view and look to build the reputations of venues as well as the show itself with both brides and wedding professionals in the area and local community and so firmly invest in the marketing campaign as well as the customer service team that deliver the event on the day.
